so lately i have been trying to get more stuff for my website and i have been working on these AMAZING and by amazing i seriously mean AMAZING tutus!  they sell everywhere else for upwards of 40 to 50 dollars!!!  well i am making them cheaper for you!!!  but in order to finish them i need some opinions and this will be your comment for the freebie friday!

Should the tutus be made with elastic waistbands in all different sizes OR should the be made so that you can untie and tie them back on.....  so there are the choice!
